Net 10 days from invoice date, 2% late fee for all past due invoices.
Kevin Cohen Plumbing reserves the right to withdraw this proposal if not accepted within 30 days of proposal date.
A signed proposal with a 50% down payment will be required to schedule your job and procure materials. The 50% down may be refundable, less any costs incurred plus overhead and profit, if the work is not performed.
Any payment made that is over the invoice amount will be refunded at the customer’s request.
All service calls are charged at an hour minimum with subsequent quarter hour charging following the initial hour.
First hour includes charge for travel, and additional costs for permits may apply.
